The industry needs the help during those transitional times. If a management company uses a professional to keep them afloat during times of change, or need, they look better to their client. If a management company just puts a person (with no PM experience) in a seat to keep things going, the management company will appear to fail their client – the client can see that and get frustrated…or a company loads extra properties on already overburdened staff, the customer begins to feel they are not being serviced properly, therefore - they start to think about changing the company…these are the issues that percolate over time – then your out – and you wonder "what happened"...???
Tri-J Properties Management Consultant is a professional company that covers properties for fellow Management companies when there is a need for temporary coverage. We look to be part of whatever TEAM we are working for at that time. We will support any of the companies we are working for - as YOU are our client. We will show the Board that your company provides professional coverage during times of change – whether it be temporary coverage due to a manager needing to take vacation time or have medical issues addressed. If a permanent change of a manager is needed, and a property has no coverage, you can take the time needed to interview to find the right fit for the property, and not have a lot of turnover if you hire in haste.
There is no ulterior motive other than to help fellow management companies and fellow property managers, so there is no burn out, or loss of contracts for each of the management companies…As communities continue to grow in number, management companies can retain their business. Some communities like a smaller management company, some like a mid-size company, others like a large company – there is enough business for all…Our mission statement is on our website – Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, Hard Work.
